Exact location of issue section 4 of Mastering Atari, Go, Chess and Shogi by Planning with a Learned Model

Problem details

Chess and shogi boards are not correctly typeset. The Go board is placed in a very weird place (and seemingly impossible to select).

Needs latexml support for: easytable.sty and skak.sty

Partial update: some of the components are now coming through to the HTML. But we need new package support to get things perfect.
