Improve article 2307.16430 #407

Exact location of issue

Article fails to convert.

Problem details

It looks like we are missing a class file, INTERSPEECH2023.cls which depends on LaTeX 3 - and that in turn creates an error cascade that latexml can't recover from.

DG: Edit description for clarity.

Thanks for the report! I have edited the description and reopened the issue, as it is a valid Fatal conversion case that we should fix.

Thank you very much for your work and your attitude towards this project. 🌟

I closed the issue because the default generated documentation was not accurate enough and I didn't have the time to modify it. I never expected that you would personally reopen the issue and edit my description. Your passion and commitment to the project development is rarely seen in other projects. Excellent work, and I wish you and ar5iv become the default format for arXiv soon!🚀

By the way, ar5iv has been a great help to me. I use web bilingual translation to read papers, and the plugin helps me translate the original format into Chinese while retaining the English original, all based on the web papers provided by ar5iv.

After the recent ar5iv full regeneration, this article has healthy HTML.

We are still missing package support for INTERSPEECH2023.cls, which causes the remaining fidelity issues.
