Increase numerical precision in bin names to allow finer binning
Improve output and add acceptance plots in CrossSection class
fix weights in RooHSEventsPDF
Add option in binner to remove cuts. Needed when one wants to cut e.g. on run numbers at the binning stage

@dglazier there is a small conflict, but it is easy to resolve. Do you want to do it online in git or want me to push a fix?
