Bug: `count` is currently ignored in Library.query() #97

I think at some point in the last week we removed the machinery that cuts out extra results that are larger than count, at least for the non-pinecone-backed libraries.

Oops no this does work, it's just we moved htat logic into Library._remove_restricted_bits
