Add link "Get more plugins" to Plugins page

We could add a link (maybe a button in sidebar) to Plugins page linking to 
Extend plugins list, so users could easily discover new plugins.

I hadn't thought of that, but I think this fits in nicely with the roadmap thus 
far for 3.1. I think we need to focus for 3.1 on making the Plugins UI and 
Plugin/GS update functions more user friendly. 

I know I always talk about WordPress, but I feel they have a great system for 
plugins and updating... If you want, test them out or let me know and I can get 
you an account within our GS Blog so you can poke around the WP UI.

It would be great, if plugin downloading would be simplified - browsing plugins 
right in GetSimple administration and installing with just one click. Checking 
for updates and updating automatically would be incredible achievement, not 
sure about security in that.
Until then, we could easily add a simple link to show user, that there's a 
place to get new plugins, if they don't know it yet.
