[DOC] Improve new user documentation #26

The framework lacks documentation on how to integrate sutsim into a firmware codebase.

  1. Update README or create separate document outlining integration steps (fw arch assumptions, shared lib builds, cmake flags, conftest, etc.)
  2. Improve documentation of example code
