Main page says /hosts/, should be /host/ #19

On the main page it says:

Use the URL path to show a summary, eg, /hosts/[HOST NAME]

But all the examples are /host/.

i.e., https://concourse-summary-crystal.cfapps.io/host/ci.concourse.ci
