The plugin is slow when operating on many features #4

As soon as the operation is started, it eats up on CPU fully, and does not allow the user to proceed with QGIS

Hmm. For me everything seems to work. What did you do exactly?

It turned out that I selected 276 (hidden) elements, so the number may be too high for a fast response.

Today I have tried to add using a spatial index, but it only makes the operation (much) slower. So I don't really see much room for further optimization
