Empty config file on RHEL6

Hi!

On RHEL6 with the following config:

    collectd_options => {
      enabled => true,
      bind-address => '127.0.0.1:25826',

      typesdb => '/usr/share/collectd/types.db',
      batch-size => 1000,
      batch-pending => 5,
      batch-timeout => '1s',

    },
  }

I'm getting a config file with lots of values missing:
