MAC OS X not shutdown-ing .. hang on attempt to close transmisston remote gui #839

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open transmission remote gui
2. Shut down MAC OS X Mavericks
3. .. process hangs at Transmission remote gui 
(this happens when you keep the transmission open using the settings .. keep in 
tray and minimise to tray) .. which btw .. should disappear from doc and appear 
only in tray ..)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Shutdown and close Transmission automatically

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- latest
