Not possible to connect to Transmission if no user is defined (only password) #877

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. We setup Transmission for remote access without user defined.
2. We only define password for the remote access.
3. This method works for remote access with the Transmission itself.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Transmission remote gui should be able to cennect with password only to the 
remote client. Istead of this we get a 401 Unauthorized / Unauthorized User 
error.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Tomato USB (linux) Transmission 2.82 / Remote Gui 5.0.1
