I can't authenticate anymore #141

Nothing was changed but all of a sudden I can't authenticate anymore

Exception: Failed to authenticate as ...

I tried with 2 different credentials. There is no proxy. I can login to coursera with those credentials at coursera.org

Please update to the latest versio
