Installation error #17

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on install file
2. Install begins
3. Installation interrupted with an error.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

That the file would install properly. Instead, I receive this error:
The application could not be installed because the installer file is damaged. 
Try obtaining a new installer file from the application author.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

0.1.4 on Windows 8.1

Please provide any additional information below.
