What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Disable the internet connection
2. Start the RTM-Air Desktop application
3. RTM-Air keeps trying to connect to the RTM Server

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
RTM-Air should start with data from Local Store. User should be able to Add and 
Edit Tasks. When the connectivity is restored then RTM-Air should synchronize 
with RTM Server

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.1.4 on Mac OSX 10.6.4

Please provide any additional information below.

I would LOVE this feature.  Offline add/edit, sync data when you happen to be 
connected.  I will happily beta test this when you get it ready!
I'm running on Windows 8.1.
