RSS reader support #37

Some people prefer to use RSS readers, so the blog should include an RSS feed of its content for readers to consume. This does have an official plugin in 11ty, so hopefully it should be easy to add.

Added RSS (Atom) support in https://github.com/dgp1130/blog/commit/8719a683c8bb32572b3e286dd06c861a8524f2e6. The feed itself is at https://blog.dwac.dev/feed.xml.

There's still some formatting quirks and missing metadata, but I'll have to work through those issues more incrementally.
