If none of the maintainers respond for more than half a year, this would be an option. In my opinion it would be better if the maitainer or one of the developers would respond.

Does anyone have a working fork ?

I have forked the iOS app and it's currently available via TestFlight. Please see https://github.com/dgraham/Ka-Block/issues/198 for details.

I intend to include some of the pull requests that have been submitted here but not merged. Or please feel free to submit a PR in the new repo.
