No blocking of ads on Youtube #89

I know, there were #52 but it seems, the possibility to block prerolls and Google Ads in Youtube ist given now. I don't know which rules to set, but the "Adguard Browser Plugin" with the Safari Content Blocking API is able to fully block those ads on Youtube.

Wipr is also able to do this.

Ka-Block is great but not blocking ads on YT is a big problem. I hope this can be resolved soon.
