Thank you. Minor tweak to the help file license (CC-NC-SA). Would you mind either removing the current set of help files in tools/help and/or replacing them with those now in the Radiant repo?
First off, thanks for your the awesome work on Radiant! The way you structured your app has helped me immensely, and I am very grateful for your hard work and sincerely apologize for not attributing to your code and using a proper licence sooner.
I will update or remove the help files accordingly as soon as I get a chance.

Thanks Dmitry. Glad you are getting value from the structure of the app. FYI Radiant now uses navbarPage in the Shiny 0.8.0.99. The feature is nice but, for some reason, page builds seem quite a bit slower.
Yes, I noticed you added a bunch of new and very cool features in the latest version of Radiant. I am especially impressed by the markdown based report generation. I have similar things working in Latex, but I have always wanted to port it to markdown and include a GUI to help set parameters . Awesome work!

It seems you are using large chunks of my code (https://github.com/mostly-harmless/radiant). Please make sure your use of this code adheres to the licenses of code and helpfiles. Currently it seems that no attribution is provided, nor is any license information in your github repo.
The Radiant package is licensed under the AGPLv3. The help files are licensed under the creative commons attribution non-commercial license CC-NC-SA).
