Add Name and ConfiguredName to AccessoryInformation Service #1446

Specifically the ConfiguredName allows the name to be updated from the ring api. So if the name is updated in the Ring app, it would update it in Home App.

*Note: not sure if I have all of the names set right. Please let me know.
