Extract method refactoring #29

Work has already started in extract-method.

Some notes on functionality:

Options to have named/positional parameters
Distinguish between class/instance environments
Is there a non-file related way to reference regions of code? (probably not)

As with other refactorings that add code, indenting is not a priority (yet...)
