[feature] add audit log #1827

we need an audit log

date/time, exception if any, code, result, time, was change detected

this would probably help in the future for debugging/adding new plugins/methods too

In audit logs we can also include include config/settings changes. This would help if we have multiple users and roles https://github.com/dgtlmoon/changedetection.io/issues/724.
