Time Between Check says its using default settings even though a different time has been selected #2361

Describe the bug A non default time has been entered in the Time Between Check selection field but it still says it is using default check times.

Version v0.45.22

To Reproduce Default installation

Expected behavior Time should change when selected within a check

Yeah this needs refactoring, and also integrating with the group/tag feature
