Describe the bug

I have multiple checks setup, and only one fetch_worker due to limited ressources on my NAS. The worker got stuck, so all my checks stopped working:

Version v0.45.23

To Reproduce No idea how it happened but the check uses the Playwright Chromium/Javascript

Expected behavior I would expect the following:

• The check that got stuck should fail with a timeout. There should be the option to set the timeout globally and for specific checks.
• There should be a notification for checks that failed with a timeout
• There should be a notification for checks that could not be run within their usual schedule, so the admin could take actions
