SockPuppetBrowser ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR #2403

Describe the bug

I switched to SockPuppetBrowser and one of my watches always throws this error:

Exception: net::ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR at https://www.amd.com/en/support/chipsets/amd-socket-am4/x570

The url for the watch is in the error message

"https://www.amd.com/en/support/chipsets/amd-socket-am4/x570"

I am able to just switch to the basic fetcher for this and my watch still works so it isn't a huge deal but it was quite reproducible on my system with the sockpuppetbrowser (and was working fine with selenium/standalone-chrome:4 before)
