:-) Makes releases so seldom that I forget how to make them. Will try to fix after next release.

The release notes are available at sourceforge though if you want to have a look now.

Some repos have a release.txt file just for this :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I was hoping to find a static changelog link so that I could track changes remotely.

We have that in the repo, see README-22.txt But we manually update the website :-(
