It would be very nice if there was the ability to provide a state to panda-resub-taskid to resubmit for. This would be the equivalent of running pandamon "user.${RUCIO_ACCOUNT}" -i exhausted for the user, collecting all jobs that had a state that match the state, and then running panda-resub-taskid on those jobids.
