Include in the geometry a simplified version of the PDS.

In progress. Super Cell modules included in geometry with dedicated configuration. Next step is including LAr scintillation properties to verify correct implementation (issue #2)

The definition of surface properties of PTP (SuperCell coating) is in the same material table as all the other components) and is implemented in commit 61079fb7f932b274324d80c683eeedc5b7b32b65
