Medium scale test #23

Implement geometry for the medium scale test of SoLAr at Boulby. This will implement the cryostat dimensions as detailed in the Snomass paper and readout tile with the design currently being developed in Bern. SiPMs will have a realistic PDE and the corresponding charge will be sampled from a model based on characterization run in Bern and Manchester. Given the relatively small size of the detector, we could use this simulation geometry to implement and validate the charge readout #22.
