Make cursor over window the default. #13

Love that this is implemented but would love for it to be the default behaviour in the future.

Changing the default behaviour is a little bit killer IMO, because a lot people know the app when this feature is not yet implemented.

Keyword was in the future. :) it would be simple to just use this for new installs

Yeah actually why not. If there are enough request, we can change the default behaviour. Well then I'm reopening this issue, so that anyone can upvote.

With Penc 1.0, the only way to resize a window is hovering it with the cursor. This choice is specifically made to enable to resize multiple windows in a single activation. So closing this issue, let me know if you need anything else.
