How to remove the menu bar icon from mac OS? #45

Is there a way to remove the penc icon from the menu bar?

Hey @dagadbm, sorry for the late response; I was on vacation.

Hiding menu bar icon is not supported by Penc itself. I'm not considering implementing that kind of functionality because that would change the app's interaction model completely. How does one disable/enable apps or open preferences etc...?

I think you're looking for Bartender app, it lets you control/hide menu bar icons.

I haven't tried, but there are also free and open-source alternatives:
