Default shortcut not modifying #18

After modifying the default shortcut key ( Shift+Alt+D), the add-on not taking the new shortcut key I set, so not replacing new bookmarks.

After changing back to default shortcut key, the add-on started to update/replace the bookmark.

Sorry, the modified shortcut was Ctrl+Shift+R already assigned for reloading the current page. I assigned to Ctrl+Shift+Q and now modified shortcut key is working!!! Thanks.
