I'd love to see this updated #46

As a Web Extension for latest Firefox. Nothing new is as good.

Thank you for the kind words.

I should really dedicate some time and do it. Hopefully, the drawbacks in the new alternatives are not due to the available API.

No timeline, though.

It actually installs on Waterfox Current based on Firefox fork, but no toolbar icon. So it may even work as is if the icon were there. I suspect it won't be much to do and API's are around.

From what I can tell, Waterfox supports classic extensions, in addition to WebExtensions. And these are two very different APIs.

Waterfox Classic (not to be forever, alas) supports classic extensions. Waterfox Current does not. Web extensions only. SO they say. I have not tried legacy extensions on Current except for yours "just to see".

There are about 5 extensions I use daily, like yours, that have not been ported. Otherwise I would have made the leap. Others have made their versions, but none as good. For the record: Replace Bookmark, Session Manager, Cookie Exterminator, Tab Mix Plus (being worked on for years as a port), a great form filler.

I'll keep an eye open in case you get around to it.
