add option for creating a 'preview' dir when output is .tif #12

due to meta-data in .TIF file (i think) some outputs end up being ~100 MB, too large to quickly browse. a preview dir of JPEGs (at even a smaller res) could be generated during a full process.

hmm, looks like i did this already, but placing the .jpeg previews in the same dir as the full-size images.
