I rarely ever tap the link in the notification to open details about the media item, but I noticed recently that the current format makes Plex Web say the page doesn't exist. Not sure if something changed or not, and not sure how long it's been broken. (When I say "rarely", I do mean rarely.)
Correct link format seems to be:
https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/server/<serverUUID>/details?key=<MetadataKey>
