Kicking is on by default? #40

If no chanop explicitly sets the option, kicking will be on by default. This doesn't really make sense to me. Granted, the mIRC script I was replacing always tried to kick no matter what (it assumed it had the ability to do so, without checking), but this module does so much more than that.

Probably makes sense to change the default setting, so even if the bot is given op for unrelated reasons it won't kick users unexpectedly as a result of .bomb games.

I don't know when this changed, or if I opened the issue in error, but it's not the case in the current code.
