Add method for bomber to cancel their bomb #6

Let bombers try to remove their bomb from their target's pants, with a chance to blow up the bomber instead, possibly contributing to bomb_wrongs or another stat entirely.

Started working on this and got fed up with how much I'd have to screw with tuples, and opened the above instead.
