Verify that the plugin still works as intended #5

Hasn't been properly tested since around YOURLS 1.5 or 1.6, and who knows how well it still works.

Could add tests now, or just wait until YOURLS 2.0 is close to release and then manually verify everything still works then.

Assuming there's no caching issue on my instance, it does in fact prevent incrementing the counter on my test link while I'm logged into YOURLS 1.7.1. Closing.
