I´m using "phpVirtualBox 4.0-5 -/- VirtualBox 4.0.x compatible".

VirtualBox 4.0 doesn't support VM cloning, so neither does phpVirtualBox 4.0-x. 
To get this feature, you will have to upgrade to VirtualBox 4.1.x and 
phpVirtualBox 4.1-x.
