Auto Start machine at boot #500

I'm unable to start virtualbox machines automaticly using vboxheadless command 
on windows. I tried vboxmanage as well but I keep getting error that the device 
I am trying to startup can't be found.

Any Ideas? I was hoping there is command line I could use to start using vbox 
web srv?

I am just trying to start virtual machine at device boot, using windows 2008 
server RC2
