Is it possible to make a stable ISO to install this?

Perhaps Ubuntu 12.10 32/64 bit ISOs with:
LAMP
VirtualBox
phpvirtualbox
Webmin

I'd be willing to put a bounty on this. Let me know.

I don't personally have much time for this. Unless we're talking about a bounty 
of $1000 USD +. Then I could probably make time :) I have a 60hr/wk job + wife 
and kid.
