PXE boot not supported #692

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new machine and give it no hard disks
2. Start the machine
3. Select 'Cancel' when the 'Select start-up disk' dialog box pops up
4. The machine is not run

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The expected output is that the machine will start, and then it may PXE boot
(other steps are necessary for that, but it doesn't matter right now since the
machine is never even run! My local VirtualBox systems all use PXE booting to
install machines; I was hoping to use this phpvirtualbox to do this over
multiple physical machines)

I see nothing - no attempt to start the machine or anything.

What version of phpVirtualBox, VirtualBox, and PHP are you using? On what
operating system?

phpvirtualbox-4.2-4
VirtualBox 4.2.12
php version: 5.4.4
Windows 7
Using the builtin WebServer that comes with PHP

Please provide any additional information below.
