PhpVirtualBox on VirtualBox 4.2.16 #703

The RDP (Remote Desktop) Interface is not available in the GUI and RDP must be 
manually activated.

1. There's something wrong with the Soap since the last Version of VirtualBox 
that worked fine with RDP + PhpVirtualBox

2. I would expect PhpVirtualBox to offer me a automated-way to activate RDP on 
my VirtalBox VM (internal execute vboxmanage tool if unavailable using SOAP)

If you select a running VM, the "Machine" menu should allow you to enable / 
disable RDP
