empty page #712

I have installed VirtualBox-4.2-4.2.16_86992_el6-1.x86_64
uname -r 2.6.32-358.14.1.el6.x86_64
cat /etc/redhat-release CentOS release 6.4 (Final)
But when I open page in the browser I see empty page without error message
PrtSc in debug mode

I've installed (php)virtualbox step by step with this tutorial:
http://www.readynas.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=72178 .
After a few days i had the same problem like you.
A little white stripe on top and a big white stripe (little window) on the 
bottom.
I reinstall the same steps and after configurating my phpmyadmin-server the 
phpvirtualbox works fine again.
I hope you can use this to fix your problem.
