What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install virtual box and phpvirtualbox
2. create machine though phpvirutalbox
3. reboot host

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should see VM list in phpvitualbox.
Instead the list is empty. The machine was created and stored in
/root/VirtualBox VMs

How do I get phpvirtualbox to see the VMs it created in this location?

What version of phpVirtualBox, VirtualBox, and PHP are you using? On what
operating system?
phpvirtualbox v 4.3-2

virtualbox v 4.3?

PHP 5.5.9-1ubuntu4.3
