Avenger96 meta layer update for OpenSTLinux v1.1.0 #1

Hi,

I have forked your meta-av96 layer in order to support OpenSTLiux v1.1.0 and the OV5640 CSI camera. I fixed some issue in the u-boot, TF-A and Linux patches.

I also change the folder structure to easily use the meta-av96 layer within STM32MP1 Yocto environment. Indeed, I create a thud branch and change the folder directory structure to avoid to do any copy of directory. Your readme instruction is then very light.

Generally speaking, meta layer diversity (thud, warrior, zeus, ...) is manage by branch and not by directory.
