Thanks, @tosseto. Before I accept the pull request, is there a certificate offered by these programs? What accreditation is associated with them? Do they teach undergraduates or graduate students?

@elotroalex Ritsumeikan University program is not as an educational program with unit credentials at the moment. (In the past, certificates were also issued in the graduate school educational program.)

Osaka University program seems to just started this year as part of the official curriculum of the graduate school. I do not know if I don't know a certificate clearly but probably an official certificate will exist.

Thanks @tosseto! I left Osaka with a notice of possible future certificate. This list is for known accrediation so we can start differentiating between informal and formal training in DH. Thank you again, for contributing!
