Callsign (PJ5/OL8R) is not decoded correctly #3

The callsign PJ5/OL8R is decoded as "CZECH REPUBLIC" (Adif:503) instead of SABA & ST EUSTATIUS (adif: 519). There is a general problem with callsigns following the pattern xxx/yyyy (3/4characters)
