Check this branch that shoudl fix some problem with Yaesu rotors

Hi Pablo, the PR, unfortunately, stills the changes to the file .remoteRotator.toml and it seems you accidentally also committed some unwanted file like launch.json from VSCode and a binary file. Could you please remove them? Just add the changes to this branch and push them to the github repo.
