Create installer #2

This repo could be cloned (or downloaded & unzipped) to the FAT-formatted boot partition of a Raspberry Pi's SD card. In this case, an install script would create an /etc/init.d entry for starting vpower as a service, with stdout redirected to /var/log/vpower.log.

Created the init.d file and added instructions to README.md on installing the service
