I don't believe there are any major changes in this release.

@quasicomputational agree with this release?

We did drop dhall/types/CustomSetup.dhall, which I guess is a breaking change.

I'm not too fussed, though, since we don't have a story yet about Dhall-side compatibility promises.

Yea, for now I'm just versioning the Haskell API. Not ideal, but the best I can think of for now.
